We offer ongoing classes and brand new beginners classes for September 2016 Pay weekly £6 for daytime classes and £7 for evenings. Classes in Aldershot, Farnborough Mytchett and Hawley, Monday- Friday We will teach you the foundations of Tai Chi & Qigong, building your skills week by week. Exercise your mind as well as your body. Develop strength whilst releasing old tensions. Enjoy great health and develop a positive outlook. Tai Chi isn't a gimmick or a modern fad - it is based on 5000 years of Chinese medicine. Come and give it a go and discover why over 200 people each week love coming to our classes.

We have a selection of daytime and evening classes to suit everyone. Lots of new classes start in September and January each year, but beginners can join after this if they don't mind following a long a little.
Qigong Classes are slow and meditative movement - the emphasis is on relaxation and mindfulness as well as deliberate soft repetitive movement to gently ease the aches and pains and lose the stiffness. Qigong is a health promoting Chinese exercise system
Tai Chi is a soft slow martial art based on the principles of Qigong (see above).
